Beautiful building and rooms with 1 bed.

Greatly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and beautiful, the location was lovely right near the beach. Our room with wide variety of foods was recently renovated and beautifully maintained with nice beds. Location: the property was just next door to Saona island and buggie rides as well as the Garden Grill restaurant on 3 occasions. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby.

Brilliant hotel with functional rooms and consistently courteous staff on their professionalism and friendly manner. Marvellous and enjoyable breakfast for the other meals, magnificent location. The rooms with AC and spacious queen size 4 poster bed, for example.

Friendly staff, prompt issue resolution, wide range of activities and events, excellent food selection, all-inclusive meals and drinks, early breakfast timing.

Ideal hotel located in a beach area short walk to other areas of the resort that were kid friendly and Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana. Functional, well-maintained room with our luggage's. Inclusive and tasty breakfast choice with fresh fish, steak and also the omelet station.

Beautiful grounds, clean rooms, multiple pools, direct beach access, themed restaurants, children's playroom.

I had some old installations, I had gas problems in my bathroom.

Loved plentiful breakfast, brand-new and well-maintained room.

Our room had a comfy bed and a beautiful view. The most important was the staff - so caring and attentive people.

I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Grand for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was perfect - just a short walk or free shuttle ride to the beach. The three swimming pools were a great way to cool off and unwind. The restaurant staff, especially Jefferson, Carmen, Ynis, and Direisy, were friendly and made me feel at home. The food was delicious, especially the local dishes.

Arrival a long time waiting. and greeting the same one hour in the room waiting for the trunk and then Cola to deliver the key two and a half hours of my last day lost queuing.

Too many mosquitoes throughout the hotel and especially in the lobis

they offer something that they don't give everything they want the food to be packaged it's not good

I was told that it would be included all lis restaurants and was not asy the food very bad and you have to pay hasts the internet

Our rooms were great-sized and nicely furnished with the bar, beer, 2 king beds. The staff was very amiable and extremely helpful - we would stay here again.

The room upgrade was great, close to the beach, and the staff were mostly attentive. The buffets had lots of options, and the pools were nice and clean.

In general, everything. Except for bad behavior of some people in the pool next to the beach. There was no control.
